Disappointed that I even have to give this one 1 star; should be 0

I ordered one of these for my daughter's phone and one for my phone and we received them on October 5th. Now on 28.11. Two weeks ago I noticed that almost all the photos I had taken since installing this memory card were gone - not corrupted, completely gone. When I mentioned this at home, my daughter said that the apps she put on the memory card were still considered deleted on her phone. Since then I've religiously backed up new photos, which is a good thing as tonight most of my galleries briefly showed up as corrupted and then the phone stopped recognizing the card had even been inserted. After checking the card on my computer, I found that it is now treated as unformatted. Everything has completely disappeared. This is the second memory card in my phone, no problems with the old one; I only switched because I needed more space. My daughter's card still works in the sense that her phone recognizes that it's plugged in, but most of what she's trying to save on it is gone. mine doesn't even remember being formatted 8 weeks ago and none of them remember how much we saved on them. When I went to the returns/refunds page on Revain, I was informed that the returns window closed on November 4th. However, after calling customer service, I was promptly refunded in full so many thanks to Revain for that. It's not just that I switched because I needed more space.
