I bought these to display at my booth. While I've spent a lot of time reading reviews and browsing user uploads looking for the perfect fairy lights, I wasn't prepared for how quick and wrong these "modes" were. MOVEMENT I was looking for a slow/soothing shimmer effect. What it doesn't tell you in the description is that each of these modes (the first two would be nice) not only stays static, but starts accelerating until it feels like you're looking at flashlights. Terrible. Unless you're trying to host your own Christmas rave using a Christmas version of Sandstorm, I'm not sure why you need these features. COLOR Although I like warm light, they were quite yellow. I've compared them to other warm white LED bulbs I've bought over the years. Not as yellow as this one. CORDIf you're looking for a ton of extra cord and bulky spade lugs, these lights are for you. There are too many cables and debris to use as an effective light source for the display. I need to hide both ends and especially the extra bundle of wires. I just don't know why so many, unless you're lighting something on the other side of the room from where you're plugging it in. Just not for me. I'm honestly not sure how this item has so many good reviews.
