As other reviewers have mentioned, the strap on mine fell off on the first use or two. My suggestion is to stick it on before first use. (I asked for a replacement but the heel brush was already falling off and when I tugged the strap slightly it came loose in my hands. I sent it back and just kept the original. I could always return it, and in fact I have one Bought new ones but didn't feel like playing with them.) Also, I ordered green but got blue. 😏 IDK why. 🤔 It's a beautiful color but wrong. On top of that, the suction power is great and the cleaning power is great, really very good! My feet get very dirty gardening so I like to use them when I come in for dinner before putting on my flip flops and walking around the house. And then I use it again when I shower. Despite the problems, it's worth keeping and I would recommend it.🤗
