I have wanted this waistcoat for a long time. I've tried Patagonia and LLBean versions of this plush fleece vest and they didn't work for me. This one is perfect. Length to the hips, perfectly fits the middle and the bust. I'm 5'3", 120 lbs, 34 degrees and bought the Small.
