It was easy to install. I like the velcro access to the harness and the accompanying strap attachment. This works, but is not as reliable as it might seem. For $108 I was expecting something more substantial. Not sure how long that will take. I was expecting the bottom to be a little harder and not bend as easily. We took my 80lb dog today and she was fine. But I also have a 140lb dog that I'm not sure about. and there's no way we could use it with both at the same time. The material covering the foam board is either plastic or vinyl. It is very easy to clean but slippery. My dog has slipped and slipped everywhere. The dog doesn't have much traction to jump into the back seat. I'd rather trade in "easy maintenance" for something more comfortable for my dog and something that doesn't make a plastic/vinyl squeaky noise when it slides in the back.
