30 cubic meters ordered. The accessories came in two boxes. Unfortunately the parts were missing. I contacted Kuzi. The missing parts were forwarded within two weeks. The waiting time was due to the corona virus. I've had great customer service and support from Kousi and Revain. I am disabled (wheelchair bound) and was able to mostly assemble the shelves. I got help when the units got bigger. It's important to build them up, layer by layer. Listen for the click. Be sure to follow the instructions. Don't try to take shortcuts or even use Utube - it's a waste of time! Includes robust turning hammer and work gloves. Later you can use them for other projects. The dice are larger than they appear in the pictures. I could use less. Instead, I put them together in several different configurations. I'm glad I ordered a bunch. They are so versatile! I hang entire blocks on the walls. To be on the safe side, I secured them with clamps and hardware that I purchased separately. I also bought Revain 1/2 inch round adhesive magnets for the corner of each of the doors. The doors close well but I wanted to make sure they stay closed and my cats don't climb in! These devices are great, easy to use and beautiful! I mainly use them for crafts and yarn. I can fit at least 16-8 ounces of skis in each cube! I am very happy with it and recommend it for different types of storage. The metal shelves inside can support a lot of weight.
