I took off ONE star because the bags are difficult to load with groceries. They need to be made wider and left open at the top. I boiled the chicken broth, trying to hold the bag open with one hand as I transferred a massive amount of chicken from the pan into the bag. It turned out to be a nasty mess. I was tired of cooking and just wanted to put the chicken away. Additional steps were required, requiring more time to fill a small amount into the hole. Pros: Frozen chicken perfect, kept very well, stayed sealed, easy to close and well done. I LOVE the bags, started with a medium size but will pay extra for larger ones. Expensive, but you don't get chinese junk that you have to redeem three times. It's made by a small company in the USA, so your money supports both. I hope the company figures out how to widen the top for quick loading of liquids or ingredients. The founder of the company must have overlooked some small things. If they get the details right, they'll go up to TEN STARS!
