I have two of these for my tractor and they work fine. However, the magnets aren't all that strong, so bear that in mind if you plan on using them in shaky situations. For example, I was planning to stick them on my tractor's ROPS, but there was too much movement and they fell off pretty quickly. So instead I put one on the hood and one on the rear cross member above the three point hitch and they stay in place nicely. The light output is really good and I like that I can move it easily. I've used them not only for night plowing, but also to light up a slide for night riding (which was cool) and for working on projects in the garage or driveway at night.
