Boxes opened - spilled everywhere!

Absolutely awful that they arrived in this condition. They were initially expensive. I have no idea why the supplier didn't know the boxes had been opened. There was an item on the chair they were sitting in - when the bag was opened all three drawers were open! They must be replaced or refunded. It's not easy to find where to get some of this!
