I ordered this bag as a gift for a friend's birthday/outing. The first one that arrived had deep scratches, was missing a dust bag, and the leather just didn't stand out. I understand that leather is a natural material and there will be a lot of variation, but it really wasn't. Since she was due to leave in a few days, I quickly ordered a replacement instead of sending in the original bag and replacing it that way. The difference between them was amazing. I had to take a photo side by side. The bag arrived well packaged with a dust bag and the leather was great! She likes the bag. I've noticed some big differences in the Frye bags. Some come and look great, others come with no proper packaging, no dust bag etc. I have now returned four Frye products and have ordered two more. The reordered bags were great and were keepers.
