The backpack is cute but narrower and taller/deeper than I expected. My daughter was able to get about 4-1 inch bindings as well as three packs of filler and a few other items inside. I'm curious to see how long it lasts as she puts more items inside. Side pockets are smaller. We put in a 16 ounce thin Starbucks glass. Anything wider (a standard plastic water bottle) won't work. In the front pocket we found three cute patches and a cute zipper. I don't know how it will be when it rains. It may bleed as the straps begin to show signs of blue from the dye. Overall it's nice, but maybe the rating will be updated in a few months.
