My bag came without a shoulder strap, there was only one item in the cardboard bag. I wasn't thrilled about it. Otherwise the bag is quite nice, the quality of the bag feels and looks great and it fits my 15.6" MSI laptop perfectly. There is plenty of room in the other compartments for essentials and I was even able to fit one Put binders in the same compartment as my laptop.Overall I would give this product 5 stars if my bag came with the shoulder strap provided.Also note I bought this bag when it was $24.a day later it dropped to almost $16.I'm not even mad about it but for $16-20 this bag is amazing value.Get it while the price is low.
