The first one sent to me was defective (not a product issue but a shipping issue). They kindly replaced it (although Amazon sent it to the wrong address for some reason). After all that was said and done they got it right, I received the product, installed it and it works flawlessly. The glass is a bit thick (which you might think is a good thing), but in some cases (mostly underwater) installation becomes risky. You have to push the back cover down to an uncomfortable level for it to close properly, and then you get nervous that water can get in. I don't usually use a waterproof case, but it's a bit tight. The lens cap is fine, but then again, if you don't attach the lens front glass properly, you'll rip off the glass when the cap comes off. Little things that only need to be mentioned and will be the same for all other similar glass protectors. For the price they are very good, for customer service they are very good, for screen protection they are very, very good.
