At first I liked these tweezers so much that I even bought a second one. I've had them for about three months now, and while they still occasionally grab and pluck stray eyebrows, they no longer grab and pluck those horrible little coarse chin hairs I so desperately needed them for. When they grab one, they cut it off instead of picking it. I've thrown away and returned over a dozen tweezers in the last 5 years, here are two more. ☹️ I have kept both tweezers very well protected with tip protectors and plastic tips, each separately in their own cases to ensure nothing touches them; They're not corrupt, but they just don't work anymore. Update: Lori, co-founder of Zizzili, sent me replacements for both pairs I bought. I find it very commendable that the owners of the company stand so firmly behind their products!
