Review on Tosuny 100KHz-1.7Ghz Rtl-sdr Receiver: Full-Band Software Radio HF FM AM RTL-SDR Receiver with Antenna for Decoding Unencrypted Digital Voice Transmissions by Curtis Domus

I bought this SDR device to listen to shortwave radio but I still can't get this band to work. I tried the HDSDR software and some other programs but it seems that the frequency is only 25MHz. I've tried switching where the antenna is connected and it doesn't matter. It works much better than my other SDR devices and has better reception, but none of my SDR devices receive shortwave. Is there any software or settings you recommend for this? Another issue I've noticed is that the circuit board inside the case seems to be loose. It thunders around. It's not a big issue, I just want to point that out. It's had a software crash a few times and I'm wondering if a loose board is the cause. So far I really like this SDR device.
