I like that the system was easy to navigate through all of my different benefits.

It also helped me track everything about employee health from their medical history to insurance information as well! There wasn't anything really negative at this point but it seems they are trying out new things in order for them to make improvements down the road so there may be some minor glitches here or there (not many though). This software helps keep us organized with keeping up-to date records regarding every single benefit offered by each carrier which has been very helpful when looking back over old files to see what coverage an individual had previously before switching carriers. We have realized how much easier it would've been if everyone could stay within one platform such as this since then we wouldn't need paper forms filled out anymore either.
