Just received these today and they are as expected. Our baby (almost a year old and in the 95th percentile for size / she is HUGE for her age) wears a size 5 Garanimals shoes and not all brands are created equal Some size 5s are too small but not these Luckily they have room to grow about an inch or so, handles to put on - The blue we received is beautiful and matches our girls raincoat and deep royal blue. About a shade darker than Pepsi blue. I must mention that she loves the light. She spins in circles with her head down, fascinated just to look at her and I know most of the other kids did too. It's also a fun way to find them and figure out where they are. When they walk around a bit on dark days they get very bright.
