I can't believe how good this trimmer is. After years of owning and replacing crappy, overpriced Phillips trimmers, this thing seems like a miracle. To be honest, the carrying case, charging station and extra earbuds are just great bonuses. I would buy this trimmer again without these extras but they are much appreciated. The trimmer itself is constructed in such a way that, in the event of a complaint, I could only comment that the drive on the device itself is not always that easy to handle. Other than that I have nothing to say except how the hell am I glad I don't have to buy those crappy Phillips trimmers anymore.
