Great sun protection for water sports including kayaking!
I am 1.67 m tall and weigh 75 kg. I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. I would say it is true to size. I've worn this a few times and haven't burned myself so good protection. I regularly kayak for 2-5 hours and feel comfortable the whole time. I would recommend it to anyone looking for sun protection for water sports!
