This is my third review for this product. I originally wrote a negative review based solely on my experience with this product and then was sent an email asking me to change it to a positive one for a refund and a $50 gift card. I did exactly that and emailed this company not once but twice and got no response. So here I am again with an honest review. I bought this product about a month or two ago and haven't been able to get it to work for a lifetime! The glue was awful, it never got sticky/tacky and almost felt like water (note I'm not new to eyelash extensions). I bought glue elsewhere and was finally able to try the elevators. Even eyelash lifting products have not done their job. All in all if I could give this product 0 stars I would, it didn't work at all! Terrible customer service, terrible product, waste of money!
