Review on ☕️ Sweese 4609 Tall Glass Coffee Mug by Josh Koa

I bought a pair of these mugs and use one every day. They are very durable but I wash dishes very hard and I broke the rim on one of the cups. It was clearly my fault, not the fault of the product. Since they come in a set of two, I was able to use a different mug. But they said they have a two year guarantee and I thought I'd try contacting them. I honestly wasn't expecting much as it was clearly my fault for hitting the glass on the sink wall. I sent them a picture of the chip and told them the story. Long story short they replaced my broken mug with a new set of two mugs without question. The service was impeccable and I now have three cups. Given my advanced age, I expect they'll be with me for the rest of my life if my kids don't run away with them, "accidentally," as they put it.
