The ease of using this tool, it's fast execution time (no need for complex rules), its ability in filtering out unwanted emails that are sent by spammers or other bad actors who try their best at sending spammy messages through our domain names! It can be used as part of your anti-spam solution but also with good results when you have multiple domains under one account/sender profile which makes life much easier if there were any problems within those accounts - just invalidate them all via mailboxvalidation instead having several different profiles set separately only validating some while others remain inactive until needed again later downline.
Sometimes I feel like we're fighting against ourselves trying not get flagged from Spambots etc., because they know how effective mailboxes validate will work so well compared ot manual checks done manually over many hours each day checking inboxes individually looking into details about every message received whether legitimate sender was actually.
- This is very helpful software to use since my job requires me often going trough hundreds e mails per minute searching ones i wish should receive attention first before moving further along process flow without getting lost among lots o irrelevant information
- Nothing really except maybe lack f better flexibility regarding possibility do choose specific email addresses directly rather than entire inbox folders
