Fits my daughter she is 2.5ft and 30lbs. The 3t fits her chest but looks more like a long shirt than a proper dress, definitely needs pants.

- Favorite school clothes. True to size, thick material for winter clothing, well sewn. highlighted.
Cons
- Too short for my taste. Wanted below the knee
