Really solid construction, just missed the install point as securing your pc can be a two man job if your case is wide (or has a tempered glass panel ). Everything below is just extra information if you need it. So the height adjustment is in 1 inch increments from min to max and is locked in place with a hex head screw and a hand screw. I've read that some people have had issues with the extra clearance at the top, but if I didn't have that 3/4" clearance between the top of the mount and my case I wouldn't be able to mount my slightly oversized NZXT h200 (210mm in Comparison to manual list 203 mm). Still feels solid and I have no problem adjusting the table between sitting and standing.
