I've been looking for the perfect bag for our upcoming trip to Japan for a long time and this bag fits almost all my boxes when I'm looking for a holdall. I even tried another backpack that is usually sold at Revain with a back zip and this backpack is much stronger and prettier. My back hurts so I was looking for something that would distribute the weight (I often carry lots of family stuff when I travel). I was probably drawn in by the durable fabric and the stylish look/design of the bag. The main compartment closes with a zip on the back under the shoulder straps, so I don't have to worry so much about pockets. I love the front zip where I can stash my sunglasses or lip balm for easy access. I put my cell phone and car keys in the two outside pockets. Inside is also a zipper and a pocket. There's plenty of room in the main compartment, but probably not enough for a jacket I don't want to carry around.
