I've been using a Kodak printer for a few months. Another reviewer mentioned some issues with the original firmware and I agree that it had a number of important bugs, but they seem to have fixed them in the latest update. Since the last firmware update, I haven't been prompted to reboot after normal operation. So the firmware could be better, but it's gotten a little better and the prints are turning out great! Solid PLA with PVA - support is very good, although PVA takes forever to dissolve. I usually use profiles on a desktop slicer. I think cloud slicing is a nice feature, but I don't use it much. All in all it was a good product. The key for me is knowing that every time I start a print it completes and the print quality stays the same.
