I use a lavender face mist before bed and when I wake up in the middle of the night. Since it is winter and hot where I live, my skin dries out. This is the perfect spray to solve that problem. I use cucumber and rose sprays throughout the day. I bought the lavender/cucumber duo for my daughter. She takes cucumber to work and takes breaks to splash with a co-worker, and she uses lavender at night before bed. We both love these products.
