The price is excellent for what you get with serverias network of data centers around Europe that can be accessed from anywhere via VPN or other means! I like having multiple backup options available to me if one fails (we've had several recent hardware failures).

It's nice being able to monitor my virtual machines through TeamViewer as well -- not sure exactly how they do it but it works great when things go wrong! Customer service support has been extremely helpful throughout this process - we're all new here so we don't have much experience yet :) But everyone involved seems very knowledgeable about their product line AND willing/able to help us learn everything there was to know before moving forward. Great security measures too including physical access control cards at check-in which makes accessing your devices even more secure than using remote desktop software alone would make them feel safe.
