Very confusing for my opinion

I know some will purchase this and take to a shop to inflate or will already know what to do, but for those who are new to this there are no instructions. I have a balloon inflator, but this is my first time working with a foil balloon. I didn’t know there is a tube that has to go in valve opening because there are no instructions. Everyone is not familiar with foil balloons and it took longer than needed to figure it out. Once inflated, it was still losing air even after sealing it and tying a string. Overall, beginners should have some guidance on what to do with this product.
