The app works well for me during my work hours. It's very helpful when I'm at my desk but not able to use my computer due to technical difficulties (iPad). There isn't much that i don't like about it though. Sometimes I have issues finding items within their menus so there will be some time spent figuring out where things need to go sometimes. This can cause problems if another person needs help right away because they may think we're ignoring them since they cannot reach us via live stream as easily. We've been using this system mostly just internally for our own business purposes however other businesses who do sales over video streaming through our platform has used it too.
