Fits pretty well. The side tabs got in the way of my LATCH system but only for a minute. The bottom side seems to grip my leather seats pretty well, but the top side doesn't grip my carseat very well. I still got a very secure install with no sliding using my LATCH, but if you're using a booster or a seatbelt installation this may give you some slippage issues. For reference I have a 2010 GMC Acadia with leather, and a Graco Click Connect 40 (rear facing with the base). The pockets are a nice feature and fit diapers, sippy cups, or toys.
