They are a little difficult to peel off the film but do not tear easily. I've used with and without a clear top coat, with a matte finish with no top coat - ((blue) reacts to UV/sun, the transition to green is the last 2 pixels). Green Shift makes stickers popular too! My middle 2 fingers in teal have a matte finish. Amazingly durable stickers; I removed everything from my nails with acetone remover and the "stickers" *remained* and everything else peeled off. At the same time, the stickers neither lost their shine nor their shape. They didn't move. This made me think of another use for decorative flames. :) A piece of jewelry on a natural nail (I have a natural nail) with the color base removed all over, but where have the stickers gone!? GMBH. But a little pressure under the stickers with my fingernail and they lifted up enough for me to peel them off. Once I did that, I was able to easily remove the (non-gel nail polish) underneath. I used my UV nail lamp a few times during the process and it didn't negatively affect nail adhesion like never before. Although some sheets look like duplicates, they show different color shifts. One blue could be green and gold and the other purple and red, but if you look at them directly they can appear the same. And as shown in my photos, as some of the decals are translucent, the appearance of the color will change depending on the paint used. I used teal decals on blue which also shook the UV sensitive green. This set also has solid colors. Such as silver, gold and silver holographic. A: I know - I will buy them again when the time comes.
