I was hoping this product would help me sleep during the day while I work at night. My old sleep mask had fixed eyecups, so I figured a mask with adjustable eyecups would work even better. Not only could I not adjust the eyecups to block all light, but the foam that the eyecups are made of is very hard. The foam felt fairly soft, but when I put the mask on it felt like about a pound of hard rubber was pressing against my eye sockets. If I used it all night I would wake up with a headache. I had to return it. I haven't kept this mask long enough to talk about battery life. The speakers' sound quality was decent, although they didn't offer any noise-cancelling effect. Also, the velcro to attach the eyecups to the mask as well as the velcro to adjust the headgear were pretty noisy at night. . The noise woke my wife as she tried to set it up.
