Galaxy Note 9 failed to connect to Android Auto properly.

The cable is strong, charging is normal. However, connecting my iPhone XR to Apple Carplay was slow and the Galaxy Note 9 failed to connect to Android Auto at all. I've hooked them up independently and swapped out this cable and my stock cables multiple times with the same results. My goal was to have a cable in the car that can be used for any phone. I had to return it.
