This product is of satisfactory quality. I like the idea that it's made of aloe vera and other elements. However, if the person has sensitive skin in certain areas and/or thinning hair in the affected area, it may be better to properly remove the product in less than five minutes and reapply less than 5 minutes later to avoid chemical burns or discomfort avoid. For example, if it was left under the armpits for 5 minutes, there was no discomfort. However, 5 minutes caused an error on my bikini line. Some useful items when using this product include: disposable safety gloves, a soft towel, and a scraper that may come with the product.
