Review on Chic & Breezy: Messic Women'S Chiffon Blouses For Effortless Summer Style by Vanessa Knipp

I love this chiffon blouse. It is dressy and yet so comfortable especially the sleeves. While the sleeves are see through, the shirt itself is not (yay!). I live in the desert and even though it is black, the material is flows nicely and doesn't feel hot.This bliuse pairs great with jeans or shorts as well as a business pants. I can see this blouse becoming a regular in my wardrobe rotation.
