Great for music; terrible for phone calls.
I love the fact that I can run 6 miles outside without worrying about the headphones falling off. Great sounds for music and great fit. The mic for phone calls totally sucks indoors and out. Update: The backlight volume outside is not loud enough. My outdoor runs are just not fun because I lack the volume :-(.
