I have already used this product twice and ordered a third time because I liked it. I immediately noticed that something was wrong with the product, not so hard on the brush when I pulled it out of the tube, but I didn't attach much importance to that. I applied it at night and the next morning my eyes were sore and red all day. I didn't even think it was a product because I've never had a problem with it. It wasn't until I noticed the red lines forming on my lash line that I realized it was definitely the product. I don't have sensitive skin at all, so that's very important.
