from the picture they have when i ordered i thought it was going to be cheap and hoped it just charged like it was supposed to lol! when i got it and opened it up it looked very nice with a great finish, it fits without blocking your fingers when holding the controller, it has a button that makes the hidden 4 white led lights turn on to indicate battery pack charge level which absolutely blew my mind because with out the lights being on you can not and i repeat can not tell there are any lights there what so ever its amazing how it looks finished just like the rest of the charger but when you press the button you see the lights right through the paint. it also looks good on the controller. it has a manual and it states that it has a few features like the button but it gets better the battery pack will enter a dormant phase when not in use to it does not loose a charge. it also has a feature where it can detect your controllers battery level and stay into a dormant phase without losing a charge if your controller has plenty of battery and then turn itself on to charge your controller when the battery gets low. it really is nice because it keeps it from draining more than it needs too so you dont have to charge the pack itself as much from it running constantly and draining power when its not needed. now there is one small caviot that i dont know how they would improve unless they make some sort of latch system which would take away from the look and feel but if you lift on the bottom of the pack it will pull away from the controller so you have to be semi careful but ultimatly its not really a huge issue because you have to pull a little for that to happen but otherwise it doesnt sag or anything like that. like i said its a small issue and nothing id say is really a concern only time you should worry is if you are the type to throw your controllers around lol but realistically this pack well exceeded what i thought it would be and i believe it will do the same for anyone else that buys it.
