Review on Clip Blocking Amber Lenses Sleep by Andy Sayloon

I already have Uvex Skyper Blue Light Blocking glasses and they're good when I'm watching TV or something like that, but they don't generally handy if I had to wear reading glasses underneath. These Spectra479 clips work great with my readers and the clip is very easy to use. They're larger than my readers, which I appreciate as they help block light from the side, top, and bottom (my Uvex goggles have side panels for this). My readers, however, I'm so glad I chose the Spectra479 clip-ons instead. I'm very sensitive to the weight on my nose - my usual pre-cataract glasses were a rimless silhouette - and I'm comfortable in them for long periods of time when I'm working on the computer or reading a book in the evening. Every morning I take them out of my readers and keep them in the plastic sleeve that came with them. I very rarely cleaned them, I used a microfiber cleaning cloth - I had no problems with scratches at all. I also have f.lux installed on my computer and between these glasses is the f.lux app. and I didn't watch TV for a few hours before bed, my sleep has improved a lot. I also appreciate emails from the company checking if I have any questions and a quick start guide. These blue clip-on blockers are an amazing investment in my quest for lighter sleep!
