The customer support is amazing. Whenever I ask a question I get a prompt and detailed response. There is a learning curve to get the most out of the features. I think the most beneficial aspect of DirectAdmin is the support. I have had to have a question answered and I have received a prompt and detailed response. There is nothing I dislike. I think the only thing I dislike is the learning curve. The learning curve is a little steep and it is a bit difficult to get a full grasp of the features. I have been able to get a full grasp of the features and the customer support is amazing. I have only been able to use it to host a personal web site. I have not been able to use it to host a company web site. I have not had any problems. I have not had to ask a question. I have not received a prompt and detailed.
