Amazing Customer Support - Very Pleased

The customer support is amazing. Whenever I ask a question I get a prompt and detailed response. There is a learning curve to get the most out of the features. I think the most beneficial aspect of DirectAdmin is the support. I have had to have a question answered and I have received a prompt and detailed response. There is nothing I dislike. I think the only thing I dislike is the learning curve. The learning curve is a little steep and it is a bit difficult to get a full grasp of the features. I have been able to get a full grasp of the features and the customer support is amazing. I have only been able to use it to host a personal web site. I have not been able to use it to host a company web site. I have not had any problems. I have not had to ask a question. I have not received a prompt and detailed.

Pros
  • Customer service from direct admin has always exceeded my expectations when we were asked questions or needed help with something, they are there for us quickly! It's almost as though our account manager knows me by face :) Their training center offers great resources that you can reference anytime if need be which saves plenty time & money in having additional staff trained up individually this would also mean higher cost due hiring new employees/contractors etc; so
