I ordered 8 after reading reviews saying they were large. I usually have 8.5. These are great for. They are incredibly comfortable. I bought these for cycling in hot weather so the shoes don't heat up my feet and now I wear them around town they are so cute! Do this. My arches feel hugged and loved - and these are high arches. Are they suitable for walking, running, biking, hiking, beach vacation? Yes!
