I have several tempered pillows and love them. It has no support for my neck. It actually puts me in a position where my neck hurts. I have a symphony pillow which is a bit high if I sleep on my back but great if I sleep on my side. With this pillow I don't wake up with a sore neck. I thought the main pillow would be good for sleeping on your back as it's a bit lower. The edges of the pillow also look like they will fall apart due to the thinness. This pillow is useless! UPDATE: I've been using this pillow for sleeping for a few months now, and while it's a bit low for side sleepers, I love it. It took me a little time to get used to it. Not perfect, but good.
