I wore them to a wedding and everyone loved them! They fit my hands well with a little sculpting and had an attractive glossy finish that complemented my outfit. Their only downside is that they cling to everything. They latched onto my braids multiple times, the bride's dress when I hugged her, and countless unsuspecting materials I touched too close. Realizing that these creatures were snatching anything and everything in sight, I became more cautious and the night moved on. I'm not sure how well they work long term, but for the one time use I bought them for, they were great!
