Basically very good, a few things

Yes, I have. Like everyone else during the Covid-19 apocalypse, I switched my home office to working from home. This meant switching to two monitors for my PC. Surprise surprise, the prices of all these multi-monitor mounts are going up. This was one of those that were still around fifty dollars at the time I bought them. It was similar to the ones I've seen at work that cost three times as much. It is good? Pros: it works. And according to the specs, it supports monitors up to 32 inches. I currently work with 32" and 24" monitors. I'm still experimenting a bit, but currently the 32" monitor in landscape format and the 24" monitor in portrait format are offset laterally. With a decent range of motion and an adjustable gas tension mechanism in my hands, I was able to adjust both monitors to the height I wanted and rotate or tilt them. That, of course, is the most important point: it does the work I paid for appropriately. - Cable Management: The brackets under the arms are detachable so you can run cables through them and it's actually quite nice. - All installation and configuration tools included. It's really freaky; The kit includes a special hex wrench that fits the throttle body adjusting nuts and a Phillips screwdriver on the other end for installing some screws. - Variable mounting bracket. You will receive parts for vise mounting, which attaches the C-clamp to the side of the table, or a long screw for mounting through a hole in the table. - Durable construction. I was concerned that the price would compromise build quality, but this is a solid and heavy device. It doesn't look fragile at all. Removable VESA mounts. I really like monitor arms that have VESA plates that detach from the arm so you can just install the plate on the monitor before putting it on the arm. That makes a lot of things easier. Additionally, this device has a thumbscrew retainer that you insert into the plate to ensure it stays in the lever slot. Cons: Position restrictions. I haven't tried many competing devices, but a few other designs allow you to stack monitors vertically on top of each other. This device will not support this unless the monitors are very small. It's really meant to display them side by side. The cable routing system on the shoulder is different from the system on the shoulder. It's a bit of a nitpick on my part, but the bottom half of each arm uses a cable mount that slides out and snaps off the rails, and the top half of each arm uses a mount that snaps into holes. It's fine, but if in two years I want to upgrade the monitor (possibly) and can't remember where I put the instructions for the gun (pretty sure) I'm going to break one of these things and forget they're there they are attached in different ways. Other - vibration control. I don't think it's fair to call this a scam as the professional monitors used in my employer's office have the same problem. But when your desk vibrates, you'll see the monitor shake too. If you're careful while typing you can keep it to a minimum, but I mention this because it can be REALLY annoying when you can't control it. To be honest, I think it has more to do with the stability of the table than the monitor arm. I have a relatively thin glass table and a built-in keyboard tray. Vibrations are transmitted, and if I type hard or press the keyboard, movements can be transmitted to the monitor. Again, I think this is more the desk's fault, but perhaps some competing monitor units compensate better (or worse!) than this unit. just for you Overall I am happy with this dual monitor kit.
