Although these are some cute shorts, there were conflicting reviews. At first I had a size large in my cart, but changed it once I seen reviews and videos. I should have stuck with my gut because the xl was too big for me. The shorts have a decent stretch & will cover your stomach if you have a gut! They fitted me in the butt (of course) however, I didn't like the waist nor the crouch fit! Please if you purchase these shorts do not go by the reviews. These shorts literally go according to your size & is indeed TRUE to size. I hate returning items! So I gave them to a family member & reordered a size large! Now the fit is PERFECT 🥰
