My wife has struggled with hip and lower back pain that has prevented her from running more than a mile or two since the birth of our fourth child. We've tried a few things without much success. We've used it several times since then and love the flexibility of the four different heads and 6 different intensity levels. We both noticed less pain and more flexibility in our joints after doing the exercises. Battery life was excellent and we had no issues charging. It seems to get 3 to 4 hours of good use at lower intensity settings. My wife prefers the lowest settings and I prefer the highest.
