The ability to have an automated system in place, allowing me to use my time more efficiently is great! I dislike that their pricing is not very reasonable when compared with other providers of similar services. This has always been our main issue. We were recently able to find another provider who offers much better price points than MarketMavens (even though they are both very high quality). Take your time and do some research ahead of time so you can make informed decisions about what fits best into your budget. There really isn't anything we would like changed at this point. They seem to be growing by leaps and bounds every year which is good news for us as clients since they continue to improve their offerings in areas such as lead scoring and nurturing campaigns/automation rules.
