Review on The Dot by Andrew Griggs

I have worked with them as an Account Manager at another company that they used to manage our account. They were very good - always responsive and helpful. We had no problems working together. Their team was great! I would definitely work with them again if needed! Nothing really comes to mind other than their responsiveness. Keep up the great work guys!! Just make sure you do your due diligence before hiring anyone new into this role. If everything is ok, then there should be nothing else. It just makes sense to check references from previous companies/employers. Make sure all parties are comfortable with eachother. Also, try not to bring any personal drama or baggage into the relationship. This will only cause tension between both sides which does nobody any favors. I like the ability to track my shipments, and all the support I've received from the team has been excellent. I do not like the fact that I have to create a new email address for each shipment I receive. This is a hassle, and I prefer to use my existing email address for tracking purposes. I am solving the issue of tracking all of my shipments. I am also able to track my shipments from the warehouse to the final destination. I am also able to track my shipments from the warehouse to my customers.
