Revainrating 5 out of 5

Seems durable. Comfortable to wear thanks to the upper material.

Love it. Reliable, good protection. Good feeling. I'm a photographer, so sometimes I take my iPad out into the field to control the camera. Just did a job where it worked fine. I personally don't like the way the lid folds back, making it a bit awkward to hold the iPad with your left hand while working with your right. But it might just be an adaptation to my old cover. The outer texture is great, it feels light in the hand and doesn't rub off or leave marks like some cheaper models do. The textured material covering the screen is nice and I guess it's protective, but now I doubt the "fuzzy" texture will stand up to direct hand contact when the lid is open. I'm not keen on the angle it holds the iPad at when used as a "stand", but maybe that's just my preference. One of the best covers I've had on multiple iPads. The Apple OEM magnetic cover, which only covers the screen, is cool and all, but lacks drop protection and allows metal to be scratched. And their tray-type covers offer more protection without being as heavy. This offers a lot more protection without a lot of bulk. Not crazy about the chrome logo, but you're talking to a guy who cuts logos off of everything.

Pros
  • Waterproof material with a soft touch, comfortable lid and adjustable stand
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging
